Absolute scam £29.99 taken from my account never had any association with this company Currently attempting to stop any future payments and get money back

Taken £60 out of my account 😡🤬 I havent signed up to them. Been scammed & trying to get the money back

SCAM ALERT!!!!This company have taken £60 out of my account 😡🤬 on the 1st June & £1.87 prior to that.I havent authorised this paymentI havent even signed up to this company. I have no idea who they are or how they got my details. Currently trying to get my money back via my bank.BE VERY CAREFULL PEOPLE

Fuming The same as everyone else on here Paid shein never got the order and then today playpinnacle taken out 59 quid Had to cancel my card and get a new one and trying to call bank to raise a scam issue

Huge scam taking money without permission.

Huge scam at least from what I understand. A member of my family keeps having money usually around £60 taken from her account with no rhyme or reason she doesnt even know if she actually signed up to anything. She cancelled the card they were taking it from and was able to dispute her charges and receive the money back however please avoid this site!

Continues attempting to take money out of my account with no authorisation and several different amounts ranging from £59.99 to £29.99 with no reason whatsoever stay away and avoid at all cost I am now to scared to leave money in my account for other bills and payments disgrace and should be shut down

Exactly the same happened to me

Exactly the same happened to me. Some ad on Facebook about discounted Lancome products at Boots. Took £1.87 after I clicked on ad. Didnt think it was £1.87 not that daft. Then they thanked me for my subscription to a games site. Wre going to take more money a few days later. I froze my account. Cancelled subscription and emailed Playpinnacle and complained about their scam. Nothing but a CON....theyve taken £1.87 Ive cancelled my account with them so hope I dont lose that larger amount. Like they say if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.I would have loved that storage. They are robbers.Money went out 8th CON took place a few days before that.

Total scam

Unfortunately this company takes a small amount of money (£1.87) and then takes a larger amount (£59.95) without informing you.It is a scam. Dont trust it.

Same as other reviews £59.98 gone three times plus £1.87. Havent a clue how it happened as I thought I was streetwise. Santander recovered the money for me. Well done them.

Should be no stars. They advertised for dunelm on face book . Judt goes to show the people that comment on these articles are part of the scammers its gime something was done about these kind of ads.

Scam site - avoid if possible

If I could give minus I would! Entered competition and made payment for delivery of prize won. Kept getting different page pop up for different payments so I left message on their page that this was happening and to cancel payment due to this. Checked bank this morning & payment taken for ‘delivery cost of prize’ as well as another payment of £59.98! Tried to contact them to dispute- still awaiting reply. TOTAL SCAM!

Been scammed by this company they took out £1.87 then £59.98 not impressed hopefully the bank will be able to get it back.I’m curious has anyone received the goods or got their money back I haven’t

Thanks for all your reviews. I fell for this advertisement on Facebook but it was for Shein 😭. But I had a bad gut feeling after I paid I searched for play pinnacle and saw these reviews and have cancelled my card and transferred monies elsewhere before they do have a chance to take the monies. ❤️

Rip off company Not sure how but they have taken £59.98 from my bank account- not sure how they got my details but not something i signed up for !!No reply to email requesting refund SCAM MERCHANTS AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

it was late one evening as i scrolled…

it was late one evening as i scrolled through FB I was taken by the ad and stopped to read further. I Went against my rule NEVER GIVE CREDIT CARD Details....I did..:( No email to confirm my purchase and $3 with draw immediately hit my account. Thats when i went OH no! a test run on my account. Watched my account..moved money to another account and sat and watched. Rang my bank and they happen to not be able to follow through with my inquiry. the net was down.... OK i will ring back. When checking my account WAM!! .. $95$ pending. This time i was able to get assistance ..cancelled my card and they retrieved my $95$ .. It was a wake up call. NEVER ever give details .. I work through pay pal.

Absolutely atrocious

Absolutely atrocious how can people do this? Ive done the same as everybody else. Saw something that was too good to be true on Facebook and then wham £59.98 gone out of my account. Ive had 1 email from them. Telling me to cancel and unsubscribe but how can I when Ive got no bloody log in details? Cause I never signed up to the stupid thing.Im going to police with this information especially if others have been stung! My bank are aware and will be passing it over to the fraud department. Absolutely fuming 😤

less than 1 star. Just noticed £59.98 gone out of my joint account with my husband to this company never heard of them certainly didnt buy anything from them. Then looked further back 2 days and saw a first transaction of £1.87 also gone out to this company!!!!!!! thieves that they are.Reported to the bank as fraud hopefully we will get the money back..... outrageous but hope the bank can get us our money back

Taken money out

Thought I was getting a tablet paid the 1.89 said I would receive an email Nothing and now theyve taken to of out of my bank so I cant even try to claim it back and cant cancel it
