Worst casino Ive ever used. Offers you wager free welcome spins which get added as soon as you make a deposit. I tried to withdraw my winnings from them as it all goes into the same pot and hours later it gets reversed. All the money I won from the enticing welcome spins taken away and then I get told Ive breached a hidden away section in the terms and conditions and rudely spoken to by an agent who also ended the chat mid discussion. I created a new account and deposited some money and was instantly hit with verification issues. There app has verified fully my uk drivers license and bank card but still will not let me access the app. So they have stole my deposit and do not respond to the support email the live help chat is unavailable as it wont let me login. Update: recieved my withdrawal just after writing the review!I requested a withdrawal early this morning and it’s says they review them within a few hours and still not received it contacted live chat and was told that they now apparently don’t have a time frame to which I wasn’t given chance to reply and the chat was closed by them.
