Ive been its user from past 1 and half year everything was good just a few delays and website error I had faced.But recently at the time of deposit it said transaction successful but there is no record of transaction and the amount has been deducted from my bank account after several chats and queries Im still not able to get refund even though I have provided my bank statement they still havent credited my wallet and its already 26 days.
