play boom casino is a subsidiary of boom casino managed by the same company Deep Dive Tech B.V. . play boom casino blocked my account for no reason. At first they tormented me with verification when I provided them with all the screenshots from the crypto exchange they blocked me and no longer respond. I had 1030 euros in my account. They didnt take my money. This casino is a scam!!!! I didnt violate anything and just played. Please help me withdraw money

Pure scam. Played 4800 (!) spins with 050 bet and highest prize less than 18 euros. Played on turbo modus for hours on end without even ONE nice prize. This has nothing to do with entertainment anymore but is just eating the money away as fast as possible. Even the customer-service by chat is often simpy unoccupied/unreachable. One star is still too much for this scam. My advice: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM !!!

Please avoid this website and it’s sportsbook offer at any cost. One they’ve settled the wrong results on a live bet and it took me 2 days to get an answer and rectification from their mistake. Two days ago the same happened: one football game was abandoned at minute 83 due to floodlights issues and pitch invasion so instead of settled the remaining bets and game as abandoned (I’ve sent them videos and pics from the game!) they just decided to set it as full time result when there was more 7 mins to play. In many years of experience I’ve never saw such a lack of attitude in solving customers issues.

What is with this casino... They ask for a deposit and say they will setup the account... Nothing opened in terms of account. now trying to get in touch with support zero response about my deposit. I think they are a scam site...
