Play alberta needs to fix the issues with their machines. I find as soon as the game starts paying well your kicked out due to error or lost server and a lot of the time when you get back in the machine is no longer paying as well. Also I am playing spirit of Mustang west express and the hold and spin bonus just quit working. I got to where a couple more spins would have given me the bonus and then it just stopped working. This company has changed a lot. The payouts when you win are fast. The downside the site has taken a turn. There is a pause (waiting for server) after you hit the spin button. Get kicked out randomly or freezes the game during bonus play. Its great to support charity through the game play but there are limits to the losses. So I tried this casino when I was visiting Alberta at the beginning of November and won $500. I go to withdrawal my money and It wont let me. I need verification documents they give me a list of documents they accept. I submit the documents then go to withdrawal again then get an error message stating I have to contact support. So I contact support who say oh one of the documents you submitted was not valid. So we go back and forth about what documents they accept. So I re submit new documents and nope they say because the document is more than 6 months old they cant accept it. So I submit more documents. This is just to prove my name and address. Which all the documents had the same name and address. Fast forward to today. December 27 2025.
