OK site until you try to withdraw your winnings

I have been a customer of this site since the start but recently they withdraw time has gone up double or triple the time it used to be. On this site you can cancel your withdraws because they are not sent out in the first 24-48h and they use this trick on players hoping that theyd log back in to cancel it and lose it all. You cannot disable this feature. Be cautious these kinda bookies usually find a way to scam you if you eventually hit big.

Wrong result

I have been a customer for nearly 10 years and this experience has completely destroyed my trust in Boabet.I placed a bet on Juventus Over 7.5 shots on target (regular time) in the Juventus vs Galatasaray match. All major statistical providers – including Opta and other widely recognized platforms – recorded 8 shots on target in regular time. During the match Boabet’s own platform also clearly displayed 8 shots on target.Despite this the bet was settled as a loss claiming Juventus had only 7 shots on target.When every major stats provider shows 8 and even your own live platform showed 8 but the bet is graded as 7 without transparent documentation it raises serious concerns about consistency and fairness.Other bookmakers settled the same market as a win.After 10 years as a customer I expected better transparency and accountability. Instead I am left feeling misled and disappointed.Unless this is properly clarified with official documentation of the exact data source used for settlement Boabet has lost a long-term customer. Delete my account please as I will be going over to other platforms where they actually dont rob their own customers. Very disappointing.

Scam

Scam. They never accept my account verification documents even tho they are legit. Tried 10 diffierent documents. I did it after i tried to withdraw money. Scam.

Boabet did not let me withdraw my money

Trying to withdraw my money. Boabet tells me to use bank id app and I did so. After that they tell me that need more info about me. Just nonsens since bank id comes from the bank I use. So much work to find all documents. When I did upload the documents I get this message. We are improving our casino. We are down for maintenance. That is not true because I could still bet. The company is a scam. Only withdrawing is shut down.

Non-customer friendly attitude

I initially thought that Boabet is generally a good betting office providing quick payouts nice range of sportsbook events to bet on a wide range of games - and frequent promotions for both. However unfortunately without a customer friendly/retaining attitude. At ALL. For example the Complaints Team (not the Support but the Complaints Team responsible for reviewing customer complaints) did not respond to a complaint I sent 4 (!!!) weeks ago which shows the approach unfortunately.Its really a shame because the platform is good but the Support and attitude towards customers is horrible. EDIT: Based on their ridiculous answer to my complaint after 4+ weeks I modified the feedback to 1-star. Again ZERO customer friendly approach ZERO customer retaining attitude. Its a shame as Unibet (before them) had a completely different attitude.

This site is super slow with withdrawls.Also insane that there is not a 24/7 help service.Unibet used to be a great site but after they changed owners its become horrible.Straight up lost 60€ cause of a faulty transaction as well. Have to send them endless of papers to get it back hopefully Revolut will solve it.Play on better sites that are trustworthy like CoolbetThey have now blocked my account after this review as well.

Site is so easy using both sports and casino. Every time that i has asked for free bonuses I have get from costumer service. The replies from costumer service with chat and mails is so fast so I am happy with Boabet till now

Bonus = scam on this site stay away. I had a 110€ bonus with 3x wage req (had to be a 3-legged multi). I hit 3 Multis in a row and surely thought like on every other platform that I know had the 1000€ as cash. But no maximum win from the bonus was apparently 1x the starting bonus amount even though it doesn’t stand anywhere!! So I received my 110€ and the rest of them are history. “These stuff always stands under terms and cond” NO didn’t say anything about it + they do it impossible to even find the term and cond!!

BoaBet is a scam site

BoaBet is a scam site never use it. If you were migrated from Unibet never deposit money and warn all your friends never to make an account with them. They arbitrarily decline withdrawals and keep your money hostage. I dont understand how they think theyll be able to retain customers this way. They clearly lack long term vision if they think short term scamming their own customers is more profitable than keeping their customers long term. Not to mention what it does for their reputation. Obviously Ill never deposit another cent to them for the rest of my life and you shouldnt either. With 20+ years as a sports-better this is the first time Ive been denied withdrawals. The most important thing in this business is trust and theyve lost it. Without that they have absolutely nothing worth paying for.

I had an account on unibet.com with a balance of more than 3500 euros (I dont want to disclose the exact amount) I decided to log in to it to withdraw money since they had been there for a long time. Recently I discovered that my account no longer exists on unibet.com and the support service says that my account was transferred to boabet.com since they left the Latvian market and told me to contact boabet.com I contacted them and they tell me that they cannot find such an account unibet.com also says that such an account does not exist! Well how does it not exist if I have all the confirmations on the email how I communicated with the support to pass verification when the account was registered and so on. What should I do? As compensation they offer just €35 in credit even though I wagered €2000. If you live in Canada the only way that you can withdraw money is if you have a bank account in another country that uses IBAN. For example I have a Sterling bank account with HSBC UK and right on their web page they gave their IBAN and Swift code and I was able to withdraw my Canadian dollars and they were deposited into my Sterling bank account.
