Nit-picking nonesense
This company told me they were closing my account due to inactivity and that I had a balance of £3.50. Fair enough. They requested documentation which I supplied. Then they requested further documentation. Again I supplied it. After a couple of days they said they needed the bank statement from 2024 showing my deposits. I mean really? For £3.50? I felt I was being made to jump through hoops for this paltry sum. I told them where they could stick it.

Account disabled for no reason
I used the platform for some weeks made net profit on it. Withdrawals came through within 24 hours typically. Eventually they asked for various documentation for KYC and I provided everything. They still disabled my account without a reason. Apparently they dont like it when people win too much on their platform.

My experience with this operator has been extremely disappointing.After depositing funds my account was suspended and later self-excluded at my request. Despite providing ID documentation and bank card details my funds have still not been returned.The operator continues to request additional and increasingly intrusive information under the guise of enhanced AML checks even though the account is closed and no further gambling activity is possible. This has resulted in my money being withheld indefinitely.I am aware that many other customers have reported similar issues which suggests this is not an isolated case. I am now in the process of escalating this matter to the operator’s ADR provider and the UK Gambling Commission.I would strongly advise caution before depositing funds with this operator.

Unfortunately they are absolute cowboys ! Refusing winnings is common practice with planet sport bet . They also have sold my data on to other parties . I have a legal claim in process and data protection claim . And an citizens arrest on the director will be made if not resolved as its theft and a illegal gambling operation . They have till Christmas eve to resolve or there Christmas day will be spent with me and the police .

I opened an account and deposited some money. They suspended the account pending receipt of verification documents (fair enough). I decided not to send them and instead ask Planet Sport to return the funds and close the account. They have ignored this and all subsequent emails from myself requesting the return of my funds.Tantamount to thieving and the fact theyve ignored my emails when they were only too quick to suspend the account and email me demanding documents is a joke. Avoid!

The most con website of all time. Have 4 withdrawals equalling over £3000. They are STILL pending after 4 days. No one has replied to my emails after 4 days. This is the biggest scam website ever. Easily takes the deposits but when it comes to withdrawing they do not process it. Everyone contact the police and gambling commission to get it shutdown. I am STILL waiting. I AM FUMING.

Expect the worst with this company genuinely the worst gambling experience in my life. So I deposited over £50. Account is blocked in a couple of minutes. Try to reach out via email which by the way is the only way to reach out they say that because I had a self-exclusion that I will have to forfeit my hard earned money and the kicker is they are going to donate it to charity! What a joke.
