I posted a couple of days ago as my withdrawal was being refused and have found out that this is because customers are required to supply a new KYC every three months. On top of this it takes three days to verify the documents. This site is so poor. The email responses (that I finally got after countless unawanswered messages) was so poorly written threatening and even a bit accusuary.
