I make some deposit and win $120. They are not giving my money every time  I contacted customer service no positive response. They always say our teams are working on it. Its not 120 million. Its just $120 and Im not asking to transfer to any other account the same account I make deposit I need my money on the same account. Its not big deal. I dont know why they dont like to pay and they really like to get money from us doesnt matter how much you deposit they are taking very smoothly  when you try to withdraw your money and take forever so please dont waste your time in your money

Withdrawal of €500 never processed – Avoid this casino
I requested a withdrawal of €500 on pistolo1.com on 15/08/2025 (Transaction ID available). Since that date the withdrawal has been stuck as “Under Review” and has never been paid.Customer support only gives excuses about “finance team delays” with no real solution. My payment provider (Visa/Revolut) confirmed there are no issues on their side — the problem is entirely with the casino.This is a clear case of non-payment.
