Signed up two months ago and the problems have only gotten worse. Account got flagged for review right after a big win. Coincidence? After 17 days they released it without explanation. Balance discrepancies happen regularly. Twice my balance dropped without any corresponding transaction in the history. They had every opportunity to make things right and chose not to.

Their response after I sent everything? We will look into it. That was 4 days ago. The bonus terms change without notice. I started clearing a promotion and halfway through they updated the terms increasing the wagering requirement. Find a platform that actually values its players. This is not it.

Setting a deposit limit takes effect immediately but removing it requires a 24-day wait. Tried to close my account and they made it as difficult as possible. I should have listened to the warnings from other players. Their support hours are supposedly 24/7 but every time I try outside European business hours the chat is offline. When online the wait is over 15 minutes. Got a notification about a special promotion clicked through and the terms were completely different from what was advertised in the email. I have never written a review before but this experience was bad enough.

Do yourself a favour and read the fine print before you deposit anything here. The withdrawal process is deliberately designed to be as painful as possible. First you wait 30 days for review then they ask for additional documents then another review period. Two-factor authentication broke after an update and locked me out for 22 days. Support could not help. Consider yourself warned.
