Charge with withdraw/ weird system

The website advertises a deposit and some free spins. After depositing my money it wouldn’t let me withdraw without going through 100 weird requests like photos of my ID and cards and proof of my address and bank statements! Are they stealing my identity? It’s weird. And they also charge £2.50 to take any money back out.
