No access to live streaming
After putchasing a yearly subscription the live streams and premium content still appeared blocked. All technical help was as good as useless. Email requests for help were met with robot replies at the small am hours of the morning. All requests for a refund were brushed aside or ignored. 12 weeks no access to the content ive paid for no reason given for this no apologies no refund no help.Cant talk to anyone about it as theres only a chat bot for help.Ive even resorted to sending a letter to pdc headquarters as thats the only other contact option available.Disgraceful service for such a large organisation zero stars would be an over mark

pdc subscription is a rip off ive been paying it for 5 year now and can i hell get tickets through priority sales. You wait in a queue only to get through and theyve all gone in 5 minutes then when you go on stubhub or getmein they have them at well over inflated prices. Ive complained to pdc but they dont even bother to acknowledge you let alone reply. Ive cancelled my subscription and think everyone else should do the same until they stop selling to touts.

Going down a slippery slope
I’ve had an annual membership for a couple of years and generally I’ve found it to be worth the money. The issue is with navigating the four live boards for the weekly PDC tour matches. In 2024 it was ok could have been better but ok. Then they made a change in 2025 that made it a more long-winded process to move between the boards. Definitely not an improvement but could still view the boards. In 2026 however it’s changed again and now I can’t find any way to scroll down to board 4. I can get as far as board 3 then the board 4 option sits behind the X to exit that page so can’t click on it. FGS sort it out PDC and perhaps go back to how it was in 2024. Fancy screens may look nice but pointless if they’re not functional.I watch on a Windows laptop (I’m ever hopeful someone at PDC IT Dept may read this and care!)

Horrible Platform Experience
The PDC.TV platform is one of the worst I have ever experienced.I have paid for a full year subscription 2 times. The PDC APP worked OK 2 years ago until it didnt. It does not allow the customer to log in (even if the credentials are correct because they do work on the browser login).Customer service is slow and does not know what they are doing... Depending on who answers back they can tell you to: (i) to Re-Register as a user (ii) to Change Password (iii) that the APP is not working for the time being...The only alternative then is to watch through browser where frequently the casting feature does not work well...I am very surprised that PDC does not invest in a UX/UI experience given the additional revenues that they could generate from such upgrade.

Doesn’t show live darts
Says that it is clearly stated that they don’t show any live darts but this is not on the home page

Absolute joke
Absolute joke. I am a PDC Member and had priority access for Premier League tickets. Went online and was in ‘waiting room’ for half an hour then in the queue for nearly an hour only to find there were no tickets left. Tried presale on 21st and 22nd but still no tickets. Go on Viagogo and they are being resold for a minimum of £184. How is that fair? The real darts fans can’t get tickets but the touts can buy them and make a profit. Why bother paying membership 😡

Misleading website to get subs!
On the website they are advertising that if you sign up to the annual subscription you will get early access to ticket sales clearly says premier league tickets that were presale today for annual subscribers when you try to buy it tells you to sign up for the annual subscription upon paying the £49.99 annual fee tickets could still not be purchased upon contacting PDC they advised that for these tickets there was a deadline date of 5/10/25 no where is this mentioned on the website or subscription. Totally misleading to lure people in to subscribe for £49.99 annual subscription. Pursuing a refund via my CC & reported to ASA! Suggest everyone does the same.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour
Absolutely disgusting behaviour as a disabled person I contacted them sometime ago asking them for help and advice before applying for tickets. Well guess what not even a reply thanks for your email. The last time I was able to go over 60-70% of customers in the disabled section we not disabled just using family disability cards to gain tickets. They don’t want to know anything but make quick money. They don’t give a Toss about disabled misfortune people DISGRACE.

PDCTV ticket access
I joined PDCTV to get priority access to tickets which I did receive for the world championships. However 14 minutes after it opened there were still 35872 users in front of me in the queue with each user able to buy up to twelve tickets. By the time I got to the site all table seats were goneonly stand and hospitality left. Many tickets are available on resale sites though.I also registered for tickets to the Premier league Masters and Matchplay and was told I am in the second window for tickets but could be in the first if I joined PDCTV? I am already a member?I sent two messages to PDC and PDCTV and got the same automatic respone statingwe do not support ticketing information.PDCTV push priority ticket access to sell their subscriptions but dont help with it.I found the customer service number for them and called twice it is only a recorded message and answer phone left two messages no reply yet.I have cancelled my subscription but cant remove my credit card details just hope they dont take it again next year as there is no way to contact them when you want an answer about anything.

Just about bearable if you know how to use a VPN
We use the 4.99 subscription and for most tournaments have to use a VPN to watch anything because its being shown by a different provider in my country. Customer service is diabolical. What is the point of offering a service you mostly cant even provide because of licensing agreements in most European countries? Also the coverage cuts back in after the ad breaks half way through the leg. Every single tournament there is something with the streaming that goes sideways. Offer a good service or offer nothing.

Scam
Scam. You’re forced to buy a membership otherwise you can’t get any tickets for the championships.

Avoid
Only bought it for access to tickets to the ally pally do not bother you won’t get them. Service itself is completely useless. Have cancelled the renewal and they continue to try and charge my card 🙌🏻👍

Legalised extortion.
Legalised extortion.. Paid £49.99 annual membership to get darts tickets. Of course these were sold out! Then 12 months later without any warning PDCTV take another £49.99. I tried to cancel membership but like others who have left reviews you are unable to do this. You then contact customer services who eventually get back to you to tell you that 1) No we don’t remind you of renewal (I wonder why that would be?) and 2) You’re not having your annual subscription back. So paid 2 lots of £49.99 and received in return absolutely sweet f&@$ all. Be very careful their ridiculously unfair T&Cs allow them to literally do what they want. Shame the system doesn’t allow me to give zero stars.

Dont waste your money
I cant login to my account and their reset password option doesnt work. Ive emailed numerous emails addresses of theirs with no response. No way to cancel my subscription so Ill have to contact my bank.Original reason I joined was to get early tickets I set the reminder options but never received it. Tickets were sold out before I had chance to book. I want a refund really they have been shockingly bad.

We use the £4.99 monthly subscription…
We use the £4.99 monthly subscription and it’s ok if you’re a darts fan. Had an issue with payment and had to write a fiver off twice. It’s true what people say customer service is non existent. In between games it’s 2 minutes 40 odd seconds of the view from a drone flying around some random german town.Very very weird. But I’m a darts fan and am grateful someone is showing these tournaments all beit amateurishly. It’s better than nothing.

Unprofessional service
Upgraded to 3 stars as this was finally sorted but required me to reregister. This was ok until today. Tried to log in and got a username or password incorrect. Emailed customer service and got a reply saying they had a server update and I would need to reset password or re-register. Password reset doesnt work I have not attempted to re-register as that is unlikely to link to the subscription I paid.Have emailed again requesting it is resolved or refunded.
