I made a ₹3000 deposit via UPI on 15 March 2026 which was successfully debited from my bank account but it was not credited to my gaming account.When I contacted support they informed me that the deposit was credited to another account but they refused to provide any details due to “confidentiality”.I have checked all my accounts and no balance has been credited anywhere. I even created a second account earlier due to confusion but the amount is not there either.The support team keeps asking me to merge accounts via email but the process is very slow and unclear. I have already provided all required details including ID verification but still no proper resolution has been given.My Player ID 1278641819 and I have already shared full account details with the support team via my registered email.This has been a very frustrating experience. I request the company to either credit the amount to my main account or refund it back to my bank account.
