It has been over one month i have made…

It has been over one month i have made 4 deposites if 10000/- each total 40000/- Since 30 days i have been mailing them sending all the proofs of sucessful deposite i have shared my bank trasection ans bank statement with parimatch till now i only recieve automated answers 40000 is not a small amount and these shamless people are doing nothing about my hard eaened money . ...i have aent 1000 mails but in every mail they reply there dedicated team is working and i ll have to wait they are simple shameless frauds and cheater who are running parimatch do not treat there customers in a right and peoper way these parimatch theif do not even bother about there customer like me who is actually begging for his own money which has been sucessfully deposite i have raise many tickets i have done chatting with them i have e mailed them mkre than 100 times but these shameless people are not returning my own money to me please any one help me reaching this currupt parimatch theifs management please anyone help me now i m helpless with there replies of wait waiting

4 months and still no refund

I made a deposit which was later cancelled but I have still not received my refund. It has now been 4 months.I submitted my bank statement as proof that the money was deducted from my account. Despite this I keep receiving responses saying the payment provider did not receive the funds. However the amount was clearly debited from my bank.Waiting 4 months for a refund is completely unacceptable. The lack of proper resolution and clear communication is extremely disappointing.I strongly urge the company to investigate this properly and return my money as soon as possible.
