I decided to close my account after my experience with this casino.Funplay slots appear to be set around 97% RTP while Realplay slots are around 94%. That in itself may not be unusual but it feels like a strategy often used by less serious casinos – different conditions depending on where you play.I requested a withdrawal of €7200 but it was never processed. It was simply ignored. Later I was told that the department responsible had supposedly been “reprimanded” for not processing the withdrawal. Honestly that just sounds like an excuse.What’s even more frustrating is that I deposited more than €4500 at this casino without any issues. Deposits are always quick and easy but when it comes to withdrawals suddenly there are delays excuses and complications.I also started reading many similar reviews on Trustpilot and Casino Guru where players were asked to provide notarized documents and detailed bank statements showing their financial activity for the past three months. It’s ironic that casinos suddenly become extremely concerned about “anti-money laundering” only when players want to withdraw money.I cannot recommend this casino to anyone.

I made withdrawal request on 26.12. And it was rejected because of some missing documents which ive sent and were verified then on 28.12. I made new withdrawal request but the issue here is that is taking to long now on site it says withdrawal are processed within 24 hours in some cases up to 72 hours and now its past this time and it also says withdrawals are processed 24/7 then on support they told me they dont proces it on weekends so they lie in their conditions and im considering it as shady tactis since they have license i dont undesrtand why they doing it. Besides withdrawals and this sketchy stuff i didnt have any issues deposits were Easy and instant everything was allright besides withdrawal thats why i give 1 star if i receive my withdrawal i will change it but i stole dont recommend this casino becasue even if i receive my withdrawal they just stalling it and lying in their terms on site.

Deposited $50 since this Telegram guy told me to deposit but he disappeared off the app so no help with his “AI Bot” to help me with the Chicken Road game on here. It’s ok. So decided to play myself and I got to the final X multiplier on one spin and was “up” $500 on the road and I didn’t even hit “PLAY” and of course a car runs me over and took all my money.
