Money gone no tickets to show.
Twice I have placed an order this week both times taken the money out of my bank then as soon as the order is processed it comes up on my screen with “page not found” Not even had a refund from the first lot of money I lost on here. Wanted to enter the competition and both times it’s let me down. Will not be using again unless sorted. No sign of my money re appearing in my bank either.

I signed up a while ago and my previous review of Optimised Odds was removed because I said they didnt have a gambling licence. They replied saying they didnt need one because they are not a gambling service. So why do they list themselves in gambling categories on Trustpilot. Misleading.
