Please do not use this bingo site!!!The verification process is a joke and takes far too long. I have £200 in my balance and I can’t withdraw any of it.There is 5 documents to be loaded and you can only do one at a time each one takes a ages to up load and I’ve emailed them and had no response on why won’t they approve on the documents. Of course I’ve had no response so I can’t get my money.Please use another more honest and professional bingo site because it looks like a can’t my money back at this rate.

Not letting me withdraw AGAINOnly got verified on 22/11/23 now they are doing checks on my account again. 4 days later!!I believe this a deceptive practice by the jumpman gaming brand in order to hold peoples funds or so people play with their winnings. It’s worse than the old withdrawal reversals they used to do which got banned and needs reporting to the fos as such!
