Almost a week to approve the account. Of course they take timeso you can play everything. About customer support for nothing helpful. They just say to have patience. Dont play in this casino if the account is not approved and maximum widrawal 1000 eur per day. I dont know how to closed for ever my account. Just stopped to play here.

i won fairly € 4000 they were making things up to not paying my money i had to ask help from MGA en MADRE then fist withdraw €1000 went to my bank account suddenly after that they made u story and dissable my account for good.DO NOT PLAY IN THIS CASINO !!! This is scam. Takes your winning even all the bonus policy is followed. Kyc verification takes 2-3 weeks. After that they just made up a reason for delete my money. First they they took 1700 euro from 4700 euro. And when it was 3000 left they took 2700 as well. And after 3 weeks they sent at least 10.000 words over how I could breake the rules. I know I didnt. I played exactly by the casino policy. I have played for 15 years and I know when something is fraud

update to my review from 31.05.2023since then I got told they are new casino and i have to be patient but next day they have solved skrill and i will be paid that day (14.06.2023). nothing happenned and since then nobody is answering my emails. their support is always offline. and of course I got my KYC verified before all the withdrawal requests.this casino is PURE SCAM PURE THIEVERY PURE MAFIA!DO NOT SUPPORT THESE SCAMMERS DO NOT DEPO THERE!thank you and good luck R
