Unfair suspension and withheld balance
Account suspended without warning after nearly two years as a customer despite always gambling responsibly. They claim “concerning activity” but provided no clear explanation.Most concerning is that they are holding my £52 balance and refusing to release my own money to my bank account. A 30-day suspension was imposed and my reasonable request for a 7-day break was ignored.Very disappointing treatment of a long-term customer. My issues started over two weeks ago.Deposited around £1000.00 with ease.I won a massive jackpot and have a balance of £200000 I asked to withdraw and was told the following.Each day £1000Every week £5000Every month £15000Managed to withdraw £5500 then a complete stop they suspended my account changed my user name and have said I can’t withdraw for another week anything. Then I was also told that people from the Uk are not allowed to bet and again suspension. Although they were more than happy to take money of any amount immediately. I have spent hrs worrying contacting and general stress. Going to take this as far as I can as they are completing the worst most fraudulent site I have ever come across.
