Second edit: any positive reviews you see here are false- myprize offers free credits in exchange for a review. Edited to add: Despite their response here I have been reached out to myprize.us support multiple times a day with no response. So disappointed support hasnt gotten back to me over an easy fix. I used to love this site.

After a few days of opening my account I won $1200 and I tried redeeming but couldn’t because for some reason my phone number wasn’t supported. Crazy reason right? Anyway i sent in a email and request help to change my number and right away received a reply for proof of my number.. right away I sent back a screenshot of my bill with my name and phone number. 2 days past and hadn’t heard back so of course I fell for what they wanted and loss the $1100 to the casino and was able to make a $100 redemption. Since then in a short week I’ve deposited over $1400 with nothing but dead spins in return. Since then Ive sent in several emails with no replies.
