It was easy to request my rewards
It was easy to request my rewards and it only took a few days to receive my gift card via email notification. I had a specific item to purchase in mind so deciding how to spend my points was predetermined. There are so many possibilities that had I not already decided I would still be mulling over my choice!

Using the points was easy to complete…
Using the points was easy to complete but it took almost a week to receive the reward points and that meant we could not use them on Black Friday or Cyber Monday so pricing had gone back up. We dont earn as many points as we used to as we dont have the time to sit trying to get surveys to meet goals.

I LOVE MY POINTS!
My Points is the most fun site! You can go there and take surveys to earn points add coupons to your list and take a picture of your receipt to get points do lots of different things to earn points that you can redeem for GIFT CARDS to be able to buy more stuff or go out to eat! Sounds AWESOME!!!

The gift cards I redeem thru MyPoints…
The gift cards I redeem thru MyPoints are great. I would REALLY like to know why the points required are so much MORE than what the actual value of a card is. For example one would think a $50 card would require only 5000 points but instead requires 8000 points!!! This huge discrepancy makes me much less likely to redeem my rewards. I also participate in Swagbucks and a $50 card there would only require 5000 SB or a $25 card require only 2500 SB. Why is there such a vast difference when both companies are run by Protege??? I would really like an answer to my question but I wont hold my breath.

Dangerous Website
I havent been able to conduct a survey for weeks. Every time I try my anti-virus software flags a dangerous website. I have reported this to Customer Support numerous times. Their best suggestion was that I just go ahead in spite of the warning and take my chances. Just a shrug of the shoulders and Have a nice day. So I think MyPoints is more or less useless to me now.

Recently I have been able to trade in…
Recently I have been able to trade in my points to get a gift card which will allow me to purchase something that I would not be able to get otherwise. Needless to say money is tight and My points does help when I can convert the points to a card that will help me. My points redeemed the points in a timely manor and the transaction went smoothly. Very thankful.

MyPoints has always been trustworthy. I have received many gift cards from them and they always arrive promptly. I hope to keep on enjoying MyPoints for years to come.

Redeeming my points was very easy
Redeeming my points was very easy. I received my reward very quickly and without any issues. Its very fun and easy to make points and they add up really quick. This is absolutely a great site for young and old.

better timing needed for redemption
Itd be an even better experience if when redeeming my pts for a gift card that it could be available immediately or the next day at the latest. Its been taking anywhere from 2-3days and cuz of that I ended up missing out on a deal.

Received my gift card fast. I have discovered many new products from the grocery list. The Customer Care Team responses when theres a problem with a survey or Bingo board. My only complaint is when I do a survey for minutes then disqualified.

For the most I have had a great experience with my points. I have had some points lost that was never given back to my account . Quite a lot at that. But you keep going. Thank you My Points

I got this gift card with the intent to Gift it
I got this gift card with the intent to give it to a friend who is going through a hard time only to find out that it is tied to My Points account that required my login / password etc. So now Im stuck at trying to find another way to help her.

MyPoints acted strange
MyPoints acted strange after I did try to redeem my 2nd $ 10 Amazon Card they just blocked me and asked for verification I gave them my Cell Number several times but they never did send the verification code so I complained then they wanted me to use Whatsapp to request a code from them but....I do not have Whatsapp if that goes on and I do not get my $10 Amazon Card I will post again and again until they do what is right to do.

They responded to my missing points within 24 hours and updated my account right away. Best online rewards program I have ever worked with!!

MyPoints is ok
MyPoints is ok. It certainly is a way to get free gift cards from any one of dozens of well known stores and businesses. They even have a way of making sure you never miss points you are eligible for. I’ve been a user of this service for many years now and will continue to be. There have been a few glitches (gift card never showed up) but with a quick contact message the card was on its way.
