Suddenly they demanded full verification with a huge package of documents: bank statement utility bills photo of my ID and a photo of my bank card. Yes you heard that right — when you send them your money verification isnt an issue at all but the moment you want to actually play with the deposited funds its suddenly impossible without handing over tons of personal information.I can understand verification when you want to withdraw winnings but what theyre doing here is on a completely different (and shady) level. For context: the deposit came straight from my bank account and I logged in using MitID. Apparently thats not enough to verify me — seriously?I told them I’m not sending a mountain of personal documents and demanded they close my account and return my deposit to the same bank account it came from. How hard can that be? But no — they replied that even for account closure and refund I still have to complete full verification to get my own money back.So think carefully before you decide to play at this casino.And if anyone else has run into the same situation:Send them an official complaint first.If no proper response — file a formal complaint with the Danish Gambling Authority (Spillemyndigheden).Consider joining forces with others and filing a collective claim. This company has scammed me out of £141.13. I raised a complaint about this and provided evidence that showed i was right. After 7 weeks they replied saying that they havent done anything wrong and i should contact IBAS. I asked for a deadlock letter reference number and they wont provide one. I tried raising this to IBAS and they have stated that MR vegas isnt even registered with them either. Please dont let these scammers steal your money like they have done to me. This companies reply to my review is full of lies. They arent registered with IBAS. They havent provided a deadlock letter reference number and they havent provided a good will gesture for the missing £141.13. Originally they admitted fault due to a technical glitch and 7 weeks later they say they did nothing wrong. I will be contacting a 3rd party and reporting this as fraud. Mr vegas has not followed the consumer protection regulations act 2024 which is illegal.
