When you question this they suddenly claim the delay is “standard”.What you do get quickly are emails saying they “understand your frustration” and that they “really want to get the funds to you”. Every reply comes from a different person and nobody ever takes ownership of your case.Customer service is almost entirely copy-and-paste responses. You’re passed from agent to agent repeatedly told your issue is a “priority” yet nothing actually happens. When you ask to formally escalate to complaints your request is ignored and never logged.For clarity: I withdrew £300 last Friday and only received confirmation that it had been processed the following Saturday well beyond the timeframe they advertise. This clearly shows the information they give customers is not true as I previously won on Christmas Eve and was paid out on Christmas Day proving they can process withdrawals quickly when they choose to.Completely unreliable operation. Trust gone. I will never deposit with Mr Punter again.

I Really wish I had read the reviews prior to playing on this site. Deposited £250 I have requested a withdrawal of £400. There 3 business days time frame has passed and still under review.
