Right some of you will probably think this is fake account just to get people playing. But all I’ve read is scam scam scam don’t play never pays out well I can say they do pay out on the 20th of December 2025 been out with the family for a meal and a few drinks as it was Saturday night and I hate working early hours for the Sunday morning so I thought you know what I’ll have a little gamble I was doing £2 spins won a few quid then went to £3 won a few then lost a few. Got down to my last £200 then I thought a F it let’s do £5 spins won in total I won and cashed out at £7450 I had to do £2500 withdrawals each time it take like 3 weeks to. Get the total amount but I definitely got all of it so the people on here saying they never got there money. Had this site for a while now deposited and lost in the past tried to shut my account down but for some reason they wont let me so today i Deposited £20 played on a game and finally won £150 up went to withdraw and told me i had to verify documents even tho i already have in the past incase this happened so went on live chat to ask the crack for to be fobbed off and ignored by the chat to then be logged out of my account and when i logged in again i couldnt access live chat? Stole my deposit

Stole my deposit avoid completely. I sent a bank transfer of £119 it never credited my account. I have tried ever since to get it back. They have fobbed me off time and time again. The advisors lie they say it’s been passed on to finance team and they are contacting the financial service provider my money was sent through but I never heard nothing. I’ve emailed the manager and support but I have never heard anything. They have now blocked me and ripped me off. I couldn’t claim through my bank as it wasn’t a card payment I’ve had every door shut in my face. I can’t tell you how upsetting it has been. NEVER send these thieves any money they are the biggest scam.

Reported the transactions as “services not received They are unregulated in the UK and shouldn’t be trading. Also reported to action fraud. Wouldn’t give it one star! I deposited money with MrJones Casino in good faith only to discover later that they are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and are illegally targeting UK players. After making multiple deposits I attempted to withdraw my winnings of £5500 — but the casino refused to process the withdrawal and ignored my support requests entirely.On top of this they charged undisclosed transaction fees with every deposit — nothing was clearly shown or agreed to beforehand. This is deceptive and unfair.Only after researching further did I find out that MrJones Casino is operating under a foreign licence (Comoros/Anjouan) which is not valid in the UK.
