Very rude customer service staff

Its one of the better casinos. They have a great variety of slots and tables. Customer service more often than not is slow and sometimes I had to wait for withdrawals days. When you get hold of a support agent they are usually kind and understanding but that doesnt make the experience much better if you just want a withdrawal.
