Stay well clear of this website every excuse in the book to withhold withdrawalsMultiple back a forth for weeks about declined withdrawal after I submitted all relevant information then they wanted pictures of my card They accepted that withdrawal then.Tried my next withdrawal declined all of them again this time I had not spent enough money to withdraw.Had to go back spend the money they asked then customer agent said he cant guarantee until its reviewed by withdrawal team absolute joke do not use this site

Update I did reach outcto your support team and the manager assigned to me never got back even though I was given 2 dates he would be on duty. Maybe he never got my information. I also was told o needed to wait for him. The final insult was a bonus from another manager offering a bonus but I had to make a considerable deposit. Well really you offer that all the time.I dont think having an individual manager system is working. Obviously they arent there all the time but they seem to not be there like almost a whole week.What a shame my experience went from enjoying to not happy at all due to support managersI started playing not really winning much but it was fun Lot of free spins and cashback.Than suddenly I have a manager in support he was offering a special bonus but wanted to first know what games I like. So ok I thought wow this is great.So I message back and all I get is that hes not on duty for days ok no problem. Never hear back I messaged support and nicely asked about the bonus well they ignored me so rude. So they will no longer be receiving all my money and I spent lots
