Looks like I should have read the reviews before I played with this degenerate casino. Been waiting 5 days now and my withdrawal still hadnt been approved. They just keep telling me it takes 5-10 businees days to review it. Maybe hire competent people. Dont see them lasting much longer. Compared to the quick cash out every other casino does you gotta be crazy to play here. I wouldnt be surprised if dont get my money

Moonspin: From Promising to a Total Nightmare

Moonspin used to process redemptions quickly which is the only reason I ever trusted them. Now my redemption from 2/18 has been sitting for over a month with no resolution. Support is absolutely useless—just a revolving door of canned excuses and the same “temporary system issue” line that clearly isn’t temporary at all. They keep claiming someone will follow up by email but no one ever does so those promises are flat-out lies. Seeing so many other 1-star reviews describing the exact same experience makes it obvious this is a pattern not a glitch and I would strongly warn anyone to stay away.

Ok...this used to be a quality place to play at. You received 1 dollar a day bonus. Then it dropped to a 50 cert away bonus. As well as the weekly 30 free spins when achieving 100x on in-house games. And the payouts were no nonsense and on a average timeframe. To me that is a quality place to play at. As of this month/week not sure which but now you scrappy customer support 20 cents for a bonus daily and and 30 free spins for the 100x multiplier Monthly. Greedy. I wont be playing there anymore.

I used to love Moonspin but my redemption is still pending from 3 weeks ago! They said there is a back log and they have no idea when ill get it. I spend good money in the site and to tell me we cant tell you when youll get it..not okay.

I never received my redemption dated Feb 19th. They no longer have a person to speak with live on the site. Their games have changed. Beware.

Horrible redeem process

I like playing on Moonspin but each time I have redeemed a couple hundred dollars it has taken a month. Very frustrating. Their support team said my request was being escalated a few days ago but I’m still waiting.

One of my favorite casinos.... If only their redemptions were processed in a reasonable amount of time! Im on DAY 17 of waiting for my redemption of $250.. I mean its hard not to think Ive gotten scammed. I have the same feeling I did back in high school waiting for the weed man to come back with my money and its going on hour 3... Lol! Absolutely ridiculous I try to be understanding but I really really need that money! (I know everybody says that but Im for real.... I am always an advocate for fast redemption times since they take the money instantly. In this case it seems they are lacking. I redeemed today on 3/19/26 and giving one star due to slow redemption times.If moonspin pays me out quickly/in a timely manner this review will go to 5 stars. Until then it will at 1. It is only fair for fast redemptions if i can pay you fast as well.

delayed $2500 redemption

been waiting on a $2500 dollar redemption since February 18th ... Customer service keeps telling me theyve escalated my redemption to the proper department for immediate approval. The total amount won is $18000 and Ive been paid $5000 and then it just stopped.

Giving it a 3 rating for now. I did enjoy the website and games are fun to play. Customer service does respond fairly quickly to my questions. Redemption payout seams to be really slow. I requested my redemption on 3/5. I was informed it’s being processed but I’m still waiting. I’ll update once I receive my deposit.

1 month plus wait redemption

Used to be a 5/5 casino but have been waiting since 2/20/26 for a redemption and now support will no longer reply to my emails. Not sure if Sidepot is owned by same company but they approve redemptions within 24hrs recommend them if you prefer the same UI.
