Recently won over £2000 on this website. Went to withdraw and was asked to provide ID. supplied them with the following passport photo bank details recent utility bill birth and marriage certificate every piece of ID I own. Still not paying out. Live chat requested a citizen card looked into one of those and it provides less detail than I have already given them. I am now seeking advice from the Gambling Commission as I feel as if Im being scammed

THEY DO NOT ADD TICKET PURCHASES TO THE PRIZE POOL You can like I did purchase tickets win the game and win less than the amount you bought the tickets for. This is an absolute scam. then when queried they will tell you you knew the prize pool before you bought the tickets. I bought £4.80 of tickets won the game and won £3.something. BE AWARE. After a long complaint i got this response. I am truly sorry you feel this way. Kindly note I have only provided information that we have available. The prize is presented beforehand on each room and it is only up to our players how much they want to spend on tickets.

Tried withdraw £2100 winnings and they have closed my account and refused my withdrawal. I sent them all id they needed but as bank is in my mums name but I solely use it as not able to open one I have used this bank account for years and always withdrawn from moon bingo to this account never been a problem or looked at I need legal advice

I won and they needed to verify my details before payout. Fair enough. Passport provided as requested. Then the passport next to my gace provided. Driving license provided.The problems started when I couldnt provide a copy of my card as it is a virtual card.Not to worry. They said I could provide a bank statement. Bank statement sent.Sorry we cant accept it as its a joint account. So....how else can I verify myself? Surely a joint account can be used to make deposits? What a joke!They said to send a bank statement with the transaction on. I had to wait for the bank transaction to come through.They then ask for a screenshot of my virtual card! Ive provided the alternative evidence as requested and now theyre asking for more? I cant provide this as the app doesnt allow screenshots for security reasons!4 times they asked me for my physical card! You send an email and somebody different replies each time. The responses tale 3 working days so imagine how frustrating this is.Ever since I said Id make a complaint Ive not had a response. Nearly 2 weeks later. Ive sent 4 emails and just being ignored. Over 1 month Ive been waiting for my money!Stay away from this site and company!! I use the same documents to verify elsewhere with no issues. This is a complete scam so you cant withdraw winnings and they get to keep them!!AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
