not paying me my money
My $300 crypto withdrawal has been pending for 6 days and Ive been trying to contact live support for 5 days but they keep saying the withdrawal is under review and nothing else. Everything was fine until now but theyve stopped paying. I dont know what will happen to my money. I still have another $600 in my account bringing my total to $900 and I cant access it.Edit: They paid me back all my money 10 days later $1000.

Hello the account was initially good and fast with withdrawals but I think this is just a gimmick to encourage players to keep playing because the account hasnt paid my outstanding balance which has been pending for three days without any explanation. The withdrawal process is stalled and customer service keeps telling me to avoid this account. It seems like Ive been scammed.

My first withdrawal went through nearly instantly but thats just their way of lurking you to gamble more I guess. Since then all my withdrawals are pending some of them for over a week balance of over 2k USD.If you contact live support they keep repeating the same sentences over and over again just telling you to wait longer.If you contact email support they dont even bother with replying back.EDIT: After 10+ days they paid full amount of 2251 USD. Upping to 3 stars still very questionable bookmaker.

Furthermore I reached out to @senortilt whom I understand to be associated with the site but also received no reply.This sudden account closure and the refusal to release my funds without any apparent reason or communication is unacceptable and constitutes a serious breach of trust. I have a legitimate balance of $4800 USD that remains inaccessible to me.I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and swiftly. I request the immediate reinstatement of my account or failing that the prompt return of my $4800 USD balance.
