I just cancelled my membership with this casino as someone who works in the industry I know a little about how the customer service especially the live chat works. I joined through a link offering 25 wager free spins if I deposited and played £10 which I did. Unable to find or use my free spins I enquired through the live chat to see what I had to do. The first time it was switched off well before their advertised opening times. Second time I had to prove with screen Shots that I was telling the truth which I did and they happily credited my account with the free spins however when I went to use them ai could not so back on live chat they apologised and said they would credit them as cash to use again it didn’t happen. Third time on live chat I had to prove again that I was telling the truth and go through whole process again this time I was cut off. The fourth time on live chat with the 4 th agent I was told that I could have the free spins if I deposited another £10 and played it but the spins would not be wager free. They are advertising this promotion everywhere £10 for 25 wager free spins be very careful because in my opinion it is a very well crafted lure to get new customers only to move the goalposts once they have them I’m very disappointed as my experience with other Dutch casino’s has been excellent not this one though. As someone who has been working as a journalist in the gaming industry for nearly 20 years my advice is this avoid at all costs if you want to try out a Dutch casino Happy Tiger is fantastic. Great casino. Wide range of games. Games can be very glitchy though! Withdrawals are reasonably quick (next day) easy site to navigate. Requires documentation to make withdrawals but easy to submit to them. Overall a pretty good casino
