This is the biggest shame of all the bookmakers I have known in 20 years. 50 € is the maximum stake they decrease the odds while you are placing your bets (from 1.85 to 1.50) and ask you to accept their crappy odds. The customer service is totally inefficient. They dont proceed the withdrawal requests. Honestly you should totally avoid wasting your time with them. Its simply unbelievable that they have a Belgian license to operate legally.

Just a shame

By far the best payouts and ease in moving money compared to the big names. Wish I started on Meridianbet they spend more on the customer experience and less on marketing big celebs.

They will change the rules of the bets or they will stop the bet just to make you loose. The agents get too long answer or cancel the chat. Not trustable agency

The website is not that easy to navigate. To see your active bets you need navigate to my bets which are marked with a reference number instead of showing which bet it is. If you click on it then you see your bet but that page is not updating dynamically and you have to go back and then back in to see match time and scores. The first deposit bonus is ridiculous as you have to bet your whole deposit and the bet ahould met specific limitations in order to receive it. The cash out is shady as well as its not offered all the time and especially at crucial times and its designed to be against the player.

Bad user experience

I won some money with them and they just blocked my account accusing me of some tricky match. I’ve asked some proofs but nobody answered me since then… it’s really scandalous to have an official license and do that sort of things don’t play with them They just scam you and don’t even return your initial depositI mean they are ta even bothered to not answer my emails sent like 5-6 emails since radio silence…

They just steal your winning money…
