My balance reached $2807 USD and I requested a TRX withdrawal. When the withdrawal was unusually delayed support told me it was simply a routine review.The next day - 6 Dec 2025 - my account was suddenly closed and Menace.com confiscated the entire $2807 USD accusing me of cheating without presenting any evidence whatsoever.I have already filed formal complaints with:The Anjouan regulatory authorityAskGamblers.comCasino GuruNext I will be escalating this case to Europol (EC3) for cross-border online fraud evaluation and to consumer-protection and regulatory bodies across the European Union Georgia Azerbaijan with a primary focus on Lisbon Tallinn and Limassol/Cyprus Baku and Batumi where Menace.com appears to have operational or staffing presence. Their website allows access registration and real-money play from multiple prohibited jurisdictions including Germany Luxembourg Ireland Romania Croatia Russia and Belarus. Even in other banned regions the site still loads normally showing that required GEO-blocking is not implemented.
