I managed to deposit successfully but when it came to withdrawing my winnings I couldn’t I also couldn’t update my details as asked I could only speak to a chat bot that advised they couldn’t call me as it just went to voicemail however I tried it from another mobile and it was fine they don’t have a number to contact them on and can’t tell me how long my issue will take to resolve however they will send me an email to update me! So I have over £500 stuck in cyberspace with no idea of timescale for response not building internet in my bank !!
