Its pretty good but so many scam texts and fake text images people send that say they sent money i had some problems but never got money taken it seems like you gotta do small amounts cause when i do that i dont get those scam texts unless i do big amounts

Used their chat before for previous issues and it was fine. Had another issue and they hit me with we don’t have anything on file for you. I had trouble with a deposit and it looks like now that money is lost for good. Don’t use match pay. If you do good luck. They are thieves.

My money was stolen and matchpay refused to do anything

Ive used matchpay it was my go to method of depositing and withdrawing from Bovada until recently when I was withdrawing the person that was supposed to send me my money confirmed they sent it yet I never received it. When I contacted Matchpay support I sent them all the proof they ask for and they said there is nothing they could do. And I’m like why would I waste my time sending all this if you weren’t going to do anything in the first place. So the person ended up getting to keep my winnings and I got nothing so stupid I we’ll never use this site again I used bitcoin recently and it was so much easier and I don’t have to worry about people stealing my money.

DO NOT USE MATCHPAY

Do not use MatchPay they are scammers. I had $1000 in my account. In the middle of a trade I got logged out and my account was temporarily disabled. I reached out to support and completed the verification process just to find out someone hacked my account and sent my funds elsewhere. MatchPay is not willing to help recover the funds only reset my password. Already after the fact that my money was sent elsewhere and I was hacked. I used them for over 5 years. I also still have not been provided ANY information on why my account was randomly disabled and I was logged out.

Lets Make it Short

I could make this really short my issue was a lot like the one Dylan described. I got scammed out of $751 got the Fraud text session over couple days from Clare then finished up with Linda. I did CHAT and Email with MatchPay over several days to learn that its my fault that Clare/Linda created a VENMO account and took me for $751. After 3 emails 4 CHAT sessions with MatchPay for them to confirm I got scammed out of $751. The CHAT sessions are a joke Rep request several documents to verify you but youre timed out after inactivity 1-2 minutes hell it takes more than 1-2 minutes to take a selfie with your photoID while you touch your nose and raise three fingers selfie holding a cup with photoID...REALLY Imagine doing this three times because you got timed out in the middle of submitting the requested verification and history is lost. I reported MatchPay to the FTC.

Someone said they sent credits and never did. I asked them why do I have to give screenshots from all from September y don’t you ask for that day of the incident. I used them for two years but recently I’m not using match pay or bovada. After I deposit funds someone uses my card through tik tok shop. Luckily I lock my card.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I copied and pasted directly from the site to exchange funds. I sent to the handle provided which apparently DOES NOT EXIST. Money went to the wrong person when I copied directly from matchpays info. I contacted customer service who said it was MY fault it went to the wrong person. The account doesnt exist in cash app at all! Yet they provided false information and then gave me attitude when I tried to resolve it!

They want me to jump through hoops when they screwed up

I used them often with out any trouble. If there was a problem they fixed it right away. Until last night I made a deposit through Bovada and going through matchpay. My trade was excepted by a user. I sent them a payment through PayPal and they were supposed to confirm the payment and they would then make a deposit on my account on Bovada. I sent them the money and they never confirmed it being received so I never got the deposit on Bovada. I emailed matchpay support and sent all the information about the trade and they said that it was resolved by canceling the trade but I never received any money back.

Back in June. i made a good amount of money after a span of a few weeks and matchpay came out of no where locking my account. after contacting support they said i violated terms and conditions by having more then one account which isnt true and told me that my funds would be forfeited and account deleted with $560 of my winnings just gone.I let it go but now here we are in october i get emails saying to resolve my account and i go to see my $500 is there. after contacting support i get told again i violated whatever bullshit theyre making up and here i am with my hopes up for nothing.Dont use Bovada Dont use Machpay. they will get you the same as me

C/S wont do anything!!

I only used them one time so i sent my money to the other party but they didnt send back what they was supposed to. I contact c/s then after a week of runarounds they told me that they wont do anything about because the transaction is complete! I dont know how its complete whenever I didnt get what I was supposed to get!

I never confirmed a transaction. The other party messaged me saying they were going to report me for not confirming the transaction. I sent matchpay my venmo transactions proving the funds werent sent. They said a moderator had documents from other party but I didnt receive any funds. This is a scam and I sent matching my personal information. This is unacceptable.

I would give a --5 stars if I could they’re not even worthy of one star I really wish I would’ve came to these reviews before I ever use them.but like everyone else in these reviews I did choose to use them and it was working great for a while. Well I wouldn’t say great but it was working and then came the problem. I was trying to withdraw $800 and a mattress was made and then canceled and then I was going back-and-forth trying to get this tree done and then my account was locked and someone contacted me saying that my account was flagged for fraud which there was no fraud of course then they asked me to verify all sorts of things which I did. I sent them screenshots of everything they wanted never got a response. I emailed them 20 times never to hear back from them and of course I’m locked out of my account so they say on those the one email they sent me they say I can contact them through live chat just log into my account well I can’t log into my account because you suspended it and then I started receiving text messages from someone claiming to be from the match pay team and they were helping me unlock my account however they were supposedly operating outside of business hours so they couldn’t give me anything on official letterhead or prove anyway that they were actually with match pay except for they were in my match pay account somehow so maybe they were from match pay but this was at two in the morning and they were asking me for my ignition casino password basically what I believe is they were trying to steal the money that I had in there they $800 for themselves and that’s pretty much what I believe they did do I talk to somebody on the phone and they were persistent in trying to get my password from me saying they were from match pay but business hours were closed and blah blah blah in the end I wouldn’t cooperate with him so he said he would permanently flag my account for fraud and seize the funds yeah I think that’s what they were gonna do from the starter seize the funds that’s for sure anyway lost the $800 and I will never use match pay or ignition casino ever again so words the wise I hope you read this before you use match pay like I wish I did and everybody else in here it’s a total scam!

Do not trust match pay as they are not the safe and secure platform they claim that they are! I had someone not follow through on their end of the match! They stole my money and when I contacted them with this issue I was left unanswered on multiple attempts! Lesson learned the hard way I guess!

If I could give 0 stars I would seriously choose any other method than Match pay they allowed someone to send me funds and dispute it shortly after and when I contacted them my account was suspended. Terrible excuse for a company.

Wow I wish I would have read this sooner what I pile of crap they are I also got scammed by a trader who stole 500 from me on a withdrawal trade to my cash app account I got the notification from them not reading it correctly and it was not for a deposit but a request for it then he had the balls to send more requests from other names after 3 unanswered emails and 4 chats on there site and sending them everything I had on him and his cronies all I got from the nonexistent customer service is oh we’re sorry but there’s nothing we can do for you if you’re reading this be advised Do Not Use them

When it works it’s great

When it works it’s great. But you will never connect with customer service. You can’t review people. If you use it long enough you will get screwed over and they will not help you. I sent 400 dollars and the guys I was trading with never responded. I tried customer service 20 different times. It took 10 days of bugging the guy constantly through his INSTAGRAM to get him to send my money. No customer service response still to this day. Just stick to BTC.

Folks imagine you work a 40 hr work week and receive your earnings for that week. Now you have to take your earnings for that week. And sell them to a buyer who wants to work 40 hrs for the following week. Matchpay is a scam and is making winning Clients trade and sell there earnings to those willing to buy there earnings. So Bovado is making a killing on both ends. Bovado can receive your money hassle free. But when it comes to payout your winnings its a hassle. So a 3rd party is doing there dirty work in making winners seek out buyers to purchase your earnings. Bovado lets get back to being exceptional and pay your clients. I dont want to look for others to trade or make an offer for money owed to me. Come On !
