Avoid!Having same problems as everyone else sent documents said was accepted but now Ive won money and trying to withdraw it says need to see documents although nothing shows in what they want to see. Cant withdraw my money and chatbot goes round in circles and cant speak to anyone.

I won £540 after a £50 deposit and I cannot withdraw my money. It’s telling me to upload documents which I have done. No confirmation my documents are pending or that they’ve been accepted just takes me back to the upload section each time. They are not responding to the live 24 hour chat and they are ignoring my emails. I’m concerned now that I have read these messages that I maybe won’t get my winnings 😟 I have used the sister casino sites such as PLAYOJO and won money and withdrawn money no bother so I thought this was reputable casino affiliated with reputable casinos such as playojo.UPDATE: I have increased the stars as I was paid the monies I was owed.
