Why are all your responses to those emails sincere and magically everyone who complains has their email verified?? Like cmon you can be honest with me I wont spoil your scam... Youre purposely not verifying emails and making up heaps of excuses to hold off verifying emails so you dont have to pay out...and hey its okay I understand that youve given your staff incentives to try and not pay out as many consumers as possible... As most of the reviews here it is so true that it is impossible to withdraw the money.I deposited 50 and have 300 winnings on the 21st. Once I requested the withdrawal I received the email that it will be processed within 24h and if it is not to contact support or casino will reach out if additional information is required.My withdrawal got rejected without any reason why. I have provided documents without their request and they got approved. Since then the withdrawals are still being rejected no reason and communication.Chat doesnt work sent a few emails to find out the reason for rejection but no reply received whatsoever.My next step will be contacting ADR as no one is bothered to reply or help solving the issue.Avoid if you can!----------------Response to Manekis reply:What you are saying is complete nonsense.
