Withdrawal delayed for one month – MagicWin247I requested a withdrawal of £200 on 13 February (Withdrawal ID: 153075).Today is 13 March and the withdrawal is still marked as “in progress”.When registering on the website I agreed to the publicly available Terms and Conditions. According to section 8.6 of those Terms withdrawal requests should be processed within 48 hours on working days.However during the past four weeks of communication with live chat support agents have repeatedly provided different explanations.• Some agents stated that the review process may take between 7 and 21 business days.• Others said that this timeframe is an internal rule.Support agents also acknowledged that this 7–21 business day timeframe does not appear anywhere in the published Terms and Conditions and represents an internal policy rather than a rule stated in the official Terms.This creates a serious contradiction.• The only terms I agreed to when registering were the published Terms and Conditions on the website which clearly mention a 48-hour processing time.• I did not agree to any internal rules or undisclosed procedures that are not published in the official Terms.Support agents also repeatedly stated that they cannot confirm when the withdrawal will be sent or processed.After one month the withdrawal has still not been forwarded to the finance department according to the information provided in live chat.During this time I contacted live chat many times.• Chats were frequently reassigned between agents.• Some chats were closed without clear answers.• In several cases I was disconnected.Eventually the live chat stopped opening entirely.I also sent several emails to the casino’s support and complaints email addresses but received no response.At this point my withdrawal has been pending for one month without a clear explanation while support continues to provide contradictory information.I simply request that MagicWin247 process my £200 withdrawal without further unnecessary delay and complete the payment in accordance with the terms stated on their website.I have saved screenshots of all live chat conversations and the withdrawal status as evidence.

Don’t use this site

Don’t use this site. It isn’t legit. Tried to deposit money into my account however was told by my bank that it had been unsuccessful however the money left my bank anyway I contacted the customer support on the site and was told that I was sending in screenshots of older transactions (I was not!) and that I hadn’t attempted to deposit anything on that day even though my account showed a pending deposit. I was told that I would receive an email with a decision soon of course I haven’t had an email from them! Scam site stay away.Since registering with this site I’ve had hundreds of phone calls/text messages/emails from other fake casinos like this one about bonus offers and other things. To the point where some of them are calling me up to five times a day! There is no way to stop this - you can block one of them but another will start pestering you the next day. If I’m honest I feel unsafe knowing this site has access to my personal info and bank. I wouldn’t be surprised to wake up and have money taken - there is no safety on this site at all and is not worth it.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Won over 15k and then conveniently got locked due to “suspicious activity” just don’t want to pay out. Also their withdrawal times are 10 times longer than any other casino (7-21 days) I’ll never see that 15k so avoid this site like the plaque

Right So after all the bad experiences regardless I can’t say that I never got my winnings.Since I’ve played I’ve always got my winnings to be fair . Sometimes took 2 weeks sometimes took 48 hrs and lately take 24 hrs . I can’t say that is such as bad as anyone say based on my experience. I’ll use them again

They are scammers. U have lost so much thete and then in 17.12.2025 40 days ago i stopped and try to witdrawal 150 euro. Sincecthen they find excusrs and lies but didnt pay me not even tiday in 26.01.2026. Never play there. If i will find where are the servers from that casino will set them on fire. Hope they will all be sent to prison ad they scamm others.
