New customer. I did three deposits and they locked and suspended my account (permanently) removed my ability to request a withdrawal also. So theyre forcing customers to provide documentation that is optional. I want my money back £700 sitting in my account I am unable to use or withdraw. Ridiculous and unprofessional. I will remove this review if I get my money back switfly.

Signed up and when straight to the verification page the only document requested was source of funds no requests for any other documents. I provided the proof and the document was successfully verified. I went on to deposit and the deposit was successful but within seconds they locked me out the account requesting verification. Why take my money and then do that. I just want my money back. No response to emails whatsoever. Absolutely criminal.
