I have added this review for anyone searching after making a withdrawal I have been playing this casino for a couple of months. Enjoy the games. I do not really use bonuses. Deposited multiple times using apple pay and bank transfer and card payments. Made a first withdrawal earlier this week. Initially after 24 hours the withdrawal went back into my bank with a message to ask for verification documents. 5 points were requested to include apple pay transaction proof of cards and bank statements. I uploaded multiple documents and the next day they were looked at and the withdrawal changed to in progress. An hour later i received an email telling me the withdrawal has been successful. I am waiting for the funds to hit my bank account but it is all showing as approved. There is no scam here just verification checks and whilst waiting for these the balance is returned to you. I would recommend this casino and the support team who are friendly and helpful.

They just refuse to close your account Ive tried for 5 weeks I e-mail and go on their chat and they just pretend its in a queue and they have escalated it. I reported Lucky Twice to the Gambling Commission as they dont have a licence to gamble with UK residents living in the UK. They are illegally gambling and need to be shut down they have no way of closing your account and they know it!

I had a withdrawal apparently processed on the 16th October of £478.66 and I have yet still not received the funds i have spoken to my bank 10 times to ask them where it is and they said they cant see any incoming payments now been 7 days and lucky keep telling me to wait 10 days when the bank said I should of received by now! Avoid this company they dont pay out when they say they have and there full of lies constantly!!!

I won over £14000 and they would not let me take the money out. Be warned they make you pay through Apple Pay and when the credit card only gives you 2 transactions they have you! They keep asking for proof when they know you don’t have it!I checked my credit card and there is no deposit on it on that day. So I have lost the lot. I’ve been fighting it for weeks. Awful customer service. Requested two weeks ago for account to be closed as on gamstop and didnt want to lose anymore money.
