Kept getting emails so thought I’d try it got over £1000 On a game. The site stated withdrawals are 24-48 hours so requested my withdrawal account was verified quickly! This was Jan 30th and still no money! The time frames changed to 7-21 days then business days I’m now on day 22 of business days and no progress! The chat just copy and pastes responses regardless of what you say. I’ve now been told as long as there’s no foul play on my part the money will be processed. The chat agent promises to speed up the process which is a lie as a specialist came on chat and said they can’t do that! When I asked if they were a bot they said I wounded them 🙄 all in all would not recommend! Will update if I ever get my funds apparently they are super busy and delayed…

Once I won 900£ their policy says it 3-5 working days for a withdrawal waited two weeks before contacting them and all of a sudden it’s 30 days to pay out tbf at the end I did get my money but all the hustle. No response. 3 days pass. No funds. Email them. Get a tardy response saying their internal processes. These take upto 21 days. Now those are 21 working days as weekends dont count so they say they reserve the right to refund your winnings after a full calendar month. Absolute utter sham
