I strongly regret ever depositing at Lucky Manor.After making a deposit playing and trying to withdraw I found that I had to wagger my OWN DEPOSIT x3 times!!! In their T&Cc I found this section 4.7.1. saying: In accordance with the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy all deposits are subject to a wager of ×3. This means that a user must place bets totaling three times the deposit amount before withdrawing funds.” This is not a normal casino rule it is a deliberate way to lock player funds and make cashing out as hard as possible.When I contacted the support agent the lady that answered to me in chat she said I accepted the T&Cc and that I should have known that I have to wagger x3 times my deposit to be able to make a withdraw. They dont have anything stated on the deposit page about the fact that the player must wagger his deposit 3 times. In all my years of using casino websites Ive never ever met such a condition that you have to wagger the deposit x3 times. This is clearly a trap since they expect the new players to read their T&Cc regarding the deposit requirement the fact that they dont make it clear in the deposit page shows that their practices are bad.They admitted the 3× rule applies to all “regular deposits” and then tried to justify it as an AML obligation. In reality serious AML compliance is about KYC checks and monitoring suspicious activity not forcing every customer to gamble their balance multiple times before being allowed to take their own money back. To me this looks like a predatory business model dressed up as “compliance”. Important restrictions are buried in long legal text instead of being clearly shown before you deposit. They use “regulatory” and “anti‑fraud” words to pressure players into accepting terms that mainly benefit them not safety. After this experience I consider Lucky Manor a casino to avoid at all costs. The way they hide extreme wagering rules on deposits and then hide behind scripted support replies destroys any trust. There are plenty of other casinos that do not treat customers like this. This casino is one of the worst casinos I ever met in all these years Ive been gambling online.I asked the support agent : Why other casinos can have X1 waggering requirement on deposit and they still fully comply with all the laws and AML (Anti Money Laundering) and yet Lucky Manor placed a waggering requirement on deposit of X3 to comply with AML?If they care so much about their players as they pretend they do why X3 waggering requirement on their deposits? They clearly dont care about their players.

I should have known this was a scam. Facebook took me to Lucky Manor Casino I deposited on my Visa card but apparently you cant withdraw to your Visa card. This company should absolutely NOT be able to trade hence I have contacted Trading Standards to look into this scam casino site. I would be VERY surprised if anyone is actually able to withdraw any winnings. Vile thieving con artists! Worst thing is theyve now got all of my personal details no doubt my bank will be compromised along with goodness knows what else! STAY AWAY!!

Do not play on this site....I joined and deposited £100. The only bonus I got was about 250 free spins in which I won about £20. I then won 300 but could not withdrawal due to a wager. I then played £200 and won £800 and still not able to withdraw due to wager. I contacted chat who were useless all they said was you have to pay the wager back I won in total £1100 and could not withdrawal a single penny. Absolutely scam and rip off

when I won in first instance £500 was unable to withdraw as they first said they needed front and back photos of voided bank cards (lost) of previous bank cards of my nominated bank. Explained I did not have as card replaced. They then said well send in copies of previous statements ending in the last 4 digits of previous card play? Bank confirmed that information does not exist in format display on NO BANK Details. I informed customer services of this they then Identified payments/dates times previous cards used and said send those statements. This i done and all verification completed. I then tried to make withdrawal and their system blocked my withdrawal saying they only payout payments/wins on a mastercard. This was never highlighted and they were quite happy and able to accept deposits on visa card transactions? They are scam website do not use!! They have not and will not resolve issue . PLEASE DO NOT USE
