I withdraw my money since12th I still haven’t receive it.Every time I complaint the customers service keep said it technical issues.I have been so calm and waiting for my money but I don’t ever think I will get it.All they said is you money is safe with us but I not feel like money it safe.They took my deposit straight away why do I have to wait for ever for my withdraw?I don’t think I want to wait anymore tomorrow first thing I gonna do is talking to the legal advice.If I have to pay more money to take them to court and go for the ombudsman then I will.This unfair for me.This it makings me so depressed!😞

I know I’ve left negative reviews here before but after today I feel I need to be completely honest about my experience.I’ve just lost another £500 bringing it to £1000 in the last 4 days and around £2000 this month alone. At this point it genuinely feels like there is no realistic chance of ever winning anything close to what you put in.I understand that every spin is random and that the site is regulated but from my experience the RTP feels extremely low. It doesn’t feel balanced at all — not even close to breaking even over time.I use around five different sites and this is by far the worst performing one. It actually used to be one of my favourites because it felt fair — sometimes you’d win sometimes you’d lose as expected. But over the past couple of months it has felt completely one-sided — just constant losses.They have offered bonus funds as compensation but with a 10x wagering requirement it feels almost impossible to actually benefit from them on a site like this.Overall this has been a very frustrating and expensive experience and I wouldn’t recommend it based on how things have been recently.
