I have been waiting 5 DAYS for my redemption request to even be approved. Ive wrote email after email and they have only responded once. They dont have love chat support either.

First redeem went ok but now Ive submitted for 2 subsequent redeems and its been nearly a week and still nothing. At first customer service was responding to my messages but has since ghosted me without resolution. I had high hopes for this platform after the first redemption but those are now gone..

At first this game was great I won they paid out in 24 hours. On the site they say they have 24/7 live support NOT TRUE! I won a 2nd time took 48 hours to pay and now a 3rd time and its been longer than 3 days still have not paid me!!!!! Ive emailed them and they dont respond until 24 hrs later they told me they were gonna jump on my redemption immediately 6 hrs later still not paid and nothing saying why!!!!! I understand its a new game i understand working out problems i do not understand them telling me they are gonna fix my payment and lying to me and not telling me why!!! They pay out fast the 1st time so you will keep spending and playing with them then they show u that ur not important and neither is the money u win! They have stopped responding to email and 5 days now still nothing!!! Its truly very upsetting if I get my redemption ill update but for now I recommend go to another more professional site!

Update. Platform is new and my redemption was one of the first to requested. Customer service was informative every day that my redemption was being processed and now is complete. So I do suggest giving this platform a go now that its running smoothly you shouldnt be worried. Thanks to customer support Waiting for customer service to reply to my email. Also says instant redemption or 1 to 3 day redemption but theres no instant redemption option available. They advertise 24/7 live chat but that is nowhere to be found. Hoping to update the 3 star evaluation i have given after I get some customer service.
