They do not reply to emails the clear your account for KYC but then do not allow you to withdraw any more than £1000 and do not have tools to restrict your gameplay it’s all done via email that they do not reply to. They take some of your money off you whenever you withdraw just cause they want to. Never known any other casino that does that. I mean they’re already more likely to win than lose to the customer but this lot feel the need to take a cut if the customer wins too. Ridiculous. I’d deposited several times before I managed to get a very modest win and tried to withdraw £25 they took £2.50 of it! I also got an email telling me I had deposited over £1000 in one day which made me panic and check my bank thinking I’d been robbed! It was false though. What they meant was I had deposited £15 twice then made over £1000 of wagers. Very different things but they either have limited knowledge of how betting works or of the way the English language works. Either way won’t be using them again
