Absolutely terrible website. Spoke to live chat who said they dont have an official app. Yet they ask you to use the app on the website. Very worrying. Also depending on the day depends which way they deduct the money. Either euros or British pounds. Resulting in extra charges when using euros. And they deduct money in pounds yet pay out in euros so your withdrawals lose money. Must be fraudulent at some point

Now it has been two weeks they haven’t paid me yet. got in touch with customer service they do not exact time and date for the money to be deposited into my account. Asked them for the phone numbers they don’t have one only thing they provide is support email.
