Great Experience

Just like their sister site Lucky Elf Ive always had an excellent experience with Level Up. Scam Scam Scam Scam people please please listen this company will write back and make it look like they care but just trust one review these people are awful. I opened an account and it was ok for a couple of times then they just shut the winning down I then took a 6months block in my settings and the very next day they scammed my account by over 1000 dollars I put a complaint in to my bank so far they recouped 700 but I’m still waiting for the rest. I don’t know how they were able to do what they did but run this company is no good.

Disgraceful Customer service.

Dont waste your time at this absolute mockery of a casino. I have just tried to log in to my only account and found out that its been disabled. I contact the supportwho accuse me of having multiple accounts and they refuse to tell me anything further. Instead they hide behind a privacy rule in their T&CS then they closed the conversation before I had a chance to defend myself. Seems like they can just fabricate this crap whenever they want against anyone and provide no evidence whatsoever. Absolutely disgraceful treatment from a third rate casino and its poor excuse for support staff.

No respect of T&C and poor support

As per T&C withdrawal aShould not take more than 24 hours. Min is pending for 40 hours now.When I ask the support for information / updates they keep replying « please wait your withdrawal will be approved soon » Really bad experience I will need to issue a complaint at AskGambler to get my funds EDIT : I indeed received my money so I updated my note. I assume it was because it was the first withdrawal so I can’t put a 5* because of the delay but a 4* seems more faire than a 1*

Respond to emails

Respond to emails. I have messaged numerous times over 2 days been on live chat 4 or 5 time only to be told I have a duplicate account and that my account is closed withdrawal has been rejected 3 or 4 times. Every time you message live they show the same information or rule and policies but not other help cause they say account is closed. I have only just signed up and I managed to have a duplicate account and no help on how to withdraw my winnings. Many people have said the same thing they will take you deposit with no problem but try and withdraw seem impossible. I believe this site is a scam.

Cannot get through there verification process. They keep asking for information about the deposit that my bank does not have on the transaction record. My name doesn’t appear on the transaction record nor does the exact time…. But LevelUp provides it in the email they keep sending to me. They make it easy to give them money but if you win they make it extremely difficult for you to collect..
