The marketing promises one thing but the reality is completely different. The FAQ section is outdated and half the links are broken. The help centre articles contradict each other. And when you finally reach a human they seem less informed than the broken FAQ. The whole support infrastructure needs a complete overhaul. Session timeouts happen every 30 minutes even when I am actively playing. Each time I have to log back in and navigate back to where I was.
