I now have £6000 sat in my account tried to withdraw but my account wasnt verified here starts the fun and games asked to provide ID - so uploaded Driving Licence bank card used to deposit and Bank Statement. My Bank Statement is (as like many customers I guess) in joint names so now they want documents to confirm my relationship with the joint bank account holder (ie a marriage certificate) Myself and the joint account holder have the same name so they automatically assume we are married we are not. So now they want a bank statement in my sole name which I do not have. I have asked for alternative options but am guessing whatever they decide will be the impossible and then they will move the goal posts again. Even if I get through verification it sounds like there will then be problems with my bank details (reading other reviews) Also I randomly recieved an email from a sister site warning me about my unhealthy gambling habit and the threat my account may well be closed if i dont behave myself lol. i have withdrew £350 on the 13/12/2021 and still not received it they sent me a screenshot showing them sending it from dubai. I seen a payment reference so I called my bank only to find out the payment reference is invalid an no such funds were attempted to be delierverd they said they will investigate on 20/1/2021 and take 5 days to come back after waiting they just emailed a screenshot of the original payment reference and are ignoring my request of the new payment info.
