This company have absolutely no ethical or moral compass. Even when provided with clear evidence of severe illness and vulnerability they turn a blind eye and victim blame. This company profited in the region of 4k from pyschosis Incapacity and vulnerability. All medical evidence provided to them and their CEO outlining the severe Vulnerability of the customer. Instead they turned a blind eye . They exposed ignored and self-mitigated. Refused to respond to any emails yet within minutes replied to media when they become aware of this abhorrent real life story. This companies way of dealing with profiting from extreme Vulnerability is to try and hide it and pretend that it never happened they do this by contacting their public relations team to try and scare people from knowing the truth.They have the absolute audacity to say they want 0% income from harmful gambling yet they profited and kept 4k proven to have been lost by an Incapacitated Schizophrenic!!

Would give no stars if I could. Self excluded and Gamstop registered and they allowed me to open around 8 accounts. Refunded deposits when I won retained when I lose. This company are creating a win win situation for themselves by abusing problem gamblers who have sought to do the right thing. Deliberately lax self exclusion methods no verification as is a regulatory requirement of the UKGC and total abuse of the vulnerable. Awful.
