Horrible experience I deposited $100 in about half an hour I was up around $500 then all of a sudden my balance was gone. They said I canceled it I DIDNT cancel it I said this over and over again they didnt care not one bit. They boom I couldnt even log in anymore. They scammed me i loaded in a small amount of money completed the wagering requirement and once i went to withdraw around 750 dollars they sent an email saying i violated the terms of the bonus by playing some slot games they have available which arent allowed for the bonus. So weird and makes no sense they are just trying to scam you do not use this casino.

This casinos games are not in regulation of the providers.. I was playing on my first deposit and of anyone else had player wanted dead or alive they know that when the second bonus symbol appears the bonus is awarded 1000000% and the 3rd will come .. thats being said Ive never ever seen 2 duel symbols on th3 screen.. always 3 or 1.. so the first one came and then the second with the fire and guess what.. thats it.. no bonus and no 3rd duel... I was doing auto spins and was lucky enough to take a screen shot of it which I have and have sent to support and to chat...they told someone will get back to me from the complaints department..also None of the games have replay or history available..if ibwas not able to take th3 screen shot they would call me a liar.. I can post the screen shot or send it here some how to prove it.. this casino is a straight scam and fraud

Tried to cashout $5500 of the over $13000 I was up. didnt show it as being bonus funds or say anything about me not meeting the wagering requirements yet on the $500 bonus they gave me on my deposit They confiscated all of it and put my original deposit back in my account.
